Welcome to the New Year ! Hard to believe another year has come and gone, and I'm still scratching my head wondering where it went?? This 2008 has been unbelievable in it's own right. We have learned to step out of our comfort zones and test the waters. As small business owners we feel the highs and lows with greater impact than the big guys. Now is the time to be gratefull for all we've learned, observed, and experienced this year. Carefull observation will help to prepare us for our future ahead. The Master Mind group will help address issues businesses are experiencing and resolve them with the help of wise counsel. By banning together we can weather the storm easier than standing alone. It's all about the little things. Life can be extremely busy for all of us. I have found that it is the little things that we do that brightens someones day. Many times it's just a kind word or a smile. While on location our firm has found that the little things are those which leave a lasting impression on our clients, putting the hose back on the hose bib, checking their vacuum cleaners to insure that they functioning properly, wiping the tile floor from the over spray. It really doesn't take much usually just a few seconds. Want to be remembered? Do the little extras, it really does brightens someones day.
