It's all about the little things. Life can be extremely busy for all of us. I have found that it is the little things that we do that brightens someones day. Many times it's just a kind word or a smile. While on location our firm has found that the little things are those which leave a lasting impression on our clients, putting the hose back on the hose bib, checking their vacuum cleaners to insure that they functioning properly, wiping the tile floor from the over spray.
